Claudia Ancer

Wealth Associate

Claudia Ancer joined Fluens Wealth in February 2026 as a Wealth Associate, bringing more than three years of experience in wealth management and client services. She supports a wide range of administrative, operational, and client-facing responsibilities, helping ensure a seamless onboarding process and exceptional service experience for clients. 


Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Claudia is dedicated to providing dependable support and fostering strong client relationships. 


Prior to her career in wealth management, she spent more than 20 years as co-owner and manager of Ancer Alarmas in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, where she developed extensive experience in business operations and customer service. Outside of work, Claudia and her husband operate a salsa business, and she also serves as a sales representative for two luxury fragrance brands.
