Since entering the financial services industry in 2023, Lennette has been dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and creating a seamless experience for every client. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she combines strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a client-first mindset to help ensure every interaction is handled with care and efficiency. 


Prior to joining Fluens Wealth, Lennette spent more than five years overseeing Human Resources, Legal Operations, Compliance, and Accounting for an Oil & Gas services company. That diverse operational background equipped her with exceptional organizational skills and a solutions-oriented approach that she now brings to supporting client onboarding, account maintenance, and day-to-day service requests. 

Lennette enjoys working in a collaborative environment where building meaningful relationships and supporting both clients and colleagues are at the heart of what she does. She takes pride in streamlining day-to-day operations, resolving client requests, and helping the team deliver the personalized, high-quality service that defines the Fluens Wealth experience. 


Outside of the office, Lennette enjoys spending time with her two daughters, family, and friends. A Rio Grande Valley native, she values faith, family, community, and genuine connections. She believes success is measured not only by professional accomplishments but also by the positive impact we have on the lives of those around us.
